In my trek for bike nite hangouts, I have come across a favorite spot to inhabit week after week. Biff Burger & Buffy's BBQ an eatery landmark in the St. Petersburg, FL area since the 1950s. A place where the atmosphere is unpretentious and laid-back. This is the place where you can get a taste of nostalgia in the current hustle and bustle of life. The current owners are a father and son team, George and Troy Musser. They have ran the establishment since 1982 and bike nights since 1996. Though bikers are welcomed anytime, bike nights are currently on Wednesdays and Saturday nights. Depending on weather conditions, bike night at Biff's can pack in the lot with a slew of Harleys, a variety of metric cruisers, sportbikes and some cool custom choppers.  Along with the bikers who come to listen to the bands and meet with friends, there many seeking biker goods and accessories from the various vendors in the surrounding parking area.

Bike Night News!

Troy had made some announcements a couple of weeks back, that anyone who enters their motorcycle into the weekly bike night contests are guaranteed to win something. This means that even I could enter my Sabre without shame. (Grin) Troy made it clear that there are many categories for judging so nobody is left out. More than just taking pride in what you ride, you can have some fun too! The other announcement was that anyone who has acquired or won five or more Biff Burger tee-shirts and or hats, will have the opportunity to trade them in for cash during next few bike night raffles. Of course, this means un-worn or not used merchandise..

March 18 ^th Biff Burger & Buffy's will be having their 10^th anniversary Bike Show. There will be a free buffet and over 30 trophies for 25 categories of motorcycles, such as custom imports, custom radical, etc.. Of course this soiree wouldn't be complete without the esteemed Bike of the year.  You can get more info on the times and details in their website.
