Neeley, Charles Dean "Dean-O," 26, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (Dec. 3, 2006) from injuries sustained in a motor scooter accident while on the Toys for Tots Motorcycle Run. He was born in Kansas City, Mo., and moved here in 1998 from Kansas City, Kan. He worked in the dietary department of St. Petersburg General Hospital. He enjoyed spending time at Biff Burger. Survivors include his father, Larry D., Cameron, Mo.; three brothers, Kenneth L. Neely and J.L. Rupard, both of Pecullar, Mo., and Michael Passler, Tonganoxie, Kan.; a sister, Dawn Swartz, Kansas City, Kan.; his stepfather, Joe Passler, Tonganoxie; and a caregiver, Janice Adair, St. Petersburg.
